We strongly recommend reviewing our size chart before placing your order. If you are between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for a more comfortable fit.

Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of shapewear and hygiene considerations, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been delivered. All shapewear items are considered final sale once delivered.
Size Support Guarantee
If your item does not fit as expected, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Our team reviews every request individually and will work with you to find the best solution. In eligible cases, we may offer a one time replacement size at no additional cost.
Eligibility is determined after reviewing the sizing information provided, selected size, and fit concern.
To request size support, please include:

- Order number
- A clear photo of the item
- A short explanation of the fit issue
Damaged, Incorrect, or Lost Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or is lost during shipping, we will make it right.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date for lost packages), and we will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

- Clear photo of the item received
- Clear photo of the shipping label
- Short description of the issue
Packages are considered lost only after the carrier confirms non-delivery or after a reasonable transit period has passed.
